The following pictures were taken at the Stall area. Picture 1, poorly describes that the food handler has neglected his/ her work to check his or her area. The cleaner has store his/her equipment near the food store, which is near the service area. The food handler did not check on his or her area and he/she just left it as it be. This is a bad practice as there might be chances of contamination or bacteria cross-contamination.
Figure 2, now states of how the store operates due to service of customer during the busy periods. This form of practice is not bad for time-management and servicing of customers. However, the practices is deemed to be untidy and dirty. Storing of equipment and food in the public is clearly unhygienic. Containers containing rice are also left on the outside. These are very bad practices, as storing food in the daylight for long hours might lead to spoilage and food and growth of bacteria. In addition, contamination or cross-contamination might also occur. Leaving food in containers that are not above 15cm above ground level might increase risk of contamination. In addition, the area looks cluttered and pretty untidy.
Figure 3, now states the stallholder operates. The practices however is a bad practices as the area looks too cluttered and he/shes stores too much equipment and this might affect the work flow. There might bound to have accidents if there are too much things around. The stallholder should keep whatever he/she needs and throw the unnecessary things away.
